Negotiations Skills Training Online improves participantsÂ’ understanding of negotiation and their effectiveness as negotiators. Participants will learn the "seven elements" negotiations framework (developed at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiations) and specific tools for negotiating more effectively. Participants will actively apply them by engaging in exercise scenarios, observing and critiquing negotiations, and receiving tailored feedback from experienced facilitators.
